摘  要:焦石坝地区是我国第一个非常规页岩气产能示范区。随着勘探开发的不断深入,钻遇水平段漏失井不断增多,且普遍存在承压能力低,压力窗口窄,易发生气窜的现象,严重影响固井质量。为提高易漏页岩气水平井固井质量,研究开发了一套用于水平井全井段封固的双凝防漏堵漏水泥浆,室内对该固井水泥浆体系的性能进行了评价研究。结果表明,该水泥浆不仅具有较高的水泥石强度,同时具有快速的静胶凝强度发展速度和较短的稠化转化时间,表现出较强的防窜效果和良好的堵漏效果,这对于保证固井质量以及后续完井作业具有重要的意义。该水泥浆技术目前已应用于焦石坝水平井固井作业中,成功封固3口水平段漏失严重井,水泥浆全部成功返出地面,候凝48h测井检测结果显示,水平段固井质量为全优质。To improve the cementing quality of shale gas leaking horizontal wells,a leak-proof and bi-setting cement slurry system of whole well sealing of horizontal wells was developed.The performance of cement slurry system was studied and evaluated in laboratory.The result showed that the cement slurry not only had high strength of set cement,but also had rapid velocity of static gel strength development and short thickening transition time.In addition,it had stronger anti-channeling and good plugging effects.It was of great significance for ensuring the cementing quality and subsequent completion operation.This cement slurry system has been used in the horizontal well cementing in Jiaoshiba Area and it is successfully used for cementing in 3 horizontal wells with serious leakage.Also all the cement slurry is returned to the ground successfully.After waiting on cement for 48 h,well test of logging indicates that the cementing quality of the horizontal segment is very well.
