摘  要:稠油具有高黏度和高凝固点特性,目前国内外对稠油开采一般采用注蒸汽热力采油法。研究了注蒸汽开采稠油中的水热裂解反应及稠油的降黏机理,分别考察了反应温度、油水体积比、油层矿物等因素对稠油水热裂解的影响,重点研究了水热裂解产生H2S的规律,为热采工艺优化和H2S的防治提供参考数据。Heavy oil was characterized by high viscosity and high setting point.Thermal production method of steam flooding was used internally and externally.The mechanisms of hydrothermal cracking and viscosity reduction were studied in heavy oil production by steam flooding.The influence of reaction temperature,volumetric ratio of oil and water,and mineral in formation on its hydrothermal cracking was investigated,the rules of H2S induced by the hydrothermal cracking were emphatically studied.It provides reference data for optimizing the technology and H2S prevention.
