摘  要:以丙烯酰胺、膨润土、交联剂、引发剂和添加剂等为原料制成交联型聚合物,经过造粒、干燥、粉碎、筛分等工序,形成具有一定弹性和韧性的凝胶颗粒。考察温度和矿化度对其膨胀性能的影响,并以堵水率、堵油率以及驱油效果来表征凝胶颗粒的封堵能力。研究结果表明,凝胶颗粒的膨胀性能随温度的增加而上升,当矿化度为2×104~2×105 mg/L时,其膨胀系数稳定在17倍左右;该凝胶颗粒具有较好的选择性堵水性能,其堵水率超过90%,而堵油率低于7%;该凝胶具有较好的纵向调剖效果,明显降低了分流量,可有效提高采收率。Acrylamide,bentonite,crosslinking agent and initiator were used as raw materials to synthesize a crosslinking polymer,an elastic and flexible gel particle was created through granulation,drying,crushing and sieving.The influence of salinity on its expansibility was investigated,the sealing ability of the crosslinking particle was characterized by using water plugging rate,oil blocking rate and effect of oil displacement.The study result indicates that its expansibility raises with the increase of temperature,when its salinity is 2×104~2×105 mg/L,its expansion coefficient is stabilized at about 17 times,it has better and selective water blocking ability with water blocking rate being over 90% and oil blocking rate being lower than 7%,it has obvious effect of vertical profile control,and fractional flow is evidently reduced and oil recovery can be effectively improved.
