摘　　要：为解决教学内容与冶金一线分析方法脱节问题,学校与企业成立联合教学小组,双方交叉上课,课堂讲授内容与鞍钢对接,分析方法结合鞍钢操作手册,到鞍钢实习时掌握现场的技术和诀窍,在现场方法实习过程不能完全掌握的,回学校在"工业分析"实验中继续训练,可使毕业生就业后快速适应工作岗位。To solve the problem that teaching contents are out of line with analysis methods at the frontier of metallurgy, the uni-versity and enterprise established a combined teaching team with classes of the two in rotation, and in this way, contents imparted in class can be connected with Ansteel, and analysis methods are combined with Ansteel operation manual. When in Ansteel prac-tice, students can grasp on-the-spot skills and techniques, while for those that cannot be full grasped in on-the-spot practice, stu-dents can continue practicing in Industrial Analysis experi-ments after returning to college. In this way, graduates can rapid-ly adapt to their jobs after employment.
