摘　　要：网络技术的快速进步,给网上教学提供了契机。本文首先阐述围绕案例开展网上协作学习的理论基础,再理论联系实际,说明其在刑法学上的运用,最后对其具体构建提出了自己的意见。The rapid progress of network technology provides an opportunity for online teaching. This paper first describes the theoretical basis to carry out online collaborative learning around the case,and then links theory with practice, elaborates its use in criminal law,and finally puts forward some personal suggestions on its concrete construction.
