我国高校高层次人才引进模式探析

摘　　要：高层次人才作为高校发展的领军人物,代表着学校的最高教学科研水平,肩负着教学、科研和人才队伍培养的重要任务。本文通过剖析我国部分"211"和"985"工程院校的人才引进措施,探析高校高层次人才引进的几种模式,提出高校人才引进工作的几点建议,以期为各高校师资队伍建设提供参考。High-level talents, as the leaders of university devel-opment, represent the highest level of teaching and scientific re-search of a university, and shoulder the important task of teach-ing, scientific research and talent cultivation. Through analyzing the talent introduction measures of someProject 211andPro-ject 985universities in China, this paper explores several modes of university high-level talent introduction, and proposes several suggestions on university talent introduction, hoping to provide a reference for university teaching staff construction.
