摘　　要：微博自诞生以来吸引了世人的目光,并迅速抢占原本属于其他社交软件的用户市场。各大高校也纷纷注册官方微博,借此对学生进行各种角度的宣传教育。高校学生管理工作者应尽快适应这种变化,把握新新网络文化对高校学生管理工作带来的机遇和挑战,有意识地积极探索这一新兴媒介,使其对学生管理工作产生正面的作用。Micro-blog, since its coming into being, attracts atten-tion nationwide and seizes clients from other communication soft-ware. Many universities open their official micro-blog to propa-gandize relative principles and ideas in terms of various perspec-tives. University administration, facing its chance and challenge, should adapt to this trend and explore this new media with a clear sense,so that it plays a positive role to students management.
