摘  要:凝汽器循环水二次滤网后水流的均匀性对循环水入口水室内流场的影响很大。应用数值模拟方法,对加装不同开孔率的循环水二次滤网的整流特性进行研究。结果表明:不同开孔率的二次滤网对循环水流动特性的影响不同。开孔率为60%时,循环水流过二次滤网后,近网面处流动最平稳,产生的压降最小,且二次滤网后低速区的范围明显减小,循环水流场的均匀性系数大幅度提升,整流效果最佳。The uniformity of the circulating water flow through the condenser secondary filter has a huge effect on the flow field of condenser' s inlet chamber. A numerical simulation method was used to study on the rectification characteristics of different porous circulating water secondary filters. The results show that different porous secondary filters have different influences on the characteristics of circulating water flow field. When porosity reaches to 60% ,the circulating water flow is the steadiest near the net surface after passing through the secondary filter,also the pressure drop which the filter leaded to is the minimum, and the low speed area that the secondary filter caused reduces obviously, in which the circulation flow field uniformity coefficient increases significantly, and the rectifiable effect is the best.
