摘　　要：文章在介绍国内外现代服务业集群创新相关理论研究的基础上,分析现代服务业集群构建创新网络关键在于强化创新主体间的合作并完善创新收益分享机制,构建博弈模型对现代服务业集群中的合作创新收益深入探讨,得出集群企业如能参与合作创新能提高他们自身的收益,最后提出提高合作创新收益的具体措施。After introducing relative innovation theory of modern service clusters, the author holds the idea that the key of building innovation framework of modern service clusters lies in strengthening cooperation of innovators and improving sharing mechanism of innovation benefits. If enterprises of the clusters can participate in cooperative innovation, they can increase their own benefits. They should take some measures to enhance it.
