摘  要:多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置投产1年多来,运行情况基本稳定,但黑水系统出现了澄清槽耙料机油压上升、压滤机滤饼无法吸干等问题。针对黑水系统出现的问题,通过查询相关记录和参考同类装置的运行数据,明确了问题原因,并从工艺、设备、操作等方面进行了改进与优化。Since putting into operation for more than one year, the operation of opposed multi-nozzle coal-water slurry pressurized gasification unit is basically stable, but there are problems in black water system, such as oil pressure rising of harrower of settling tank, high moisture in press filter cake and so on.In connection with problems arisen in black water system, through querying related records and referencing operational date of the similar unit, the cause for problems are made clear, and improvement and optimization are carried out in aspects of process, equipment and operation.
