摘　　要：介绍了双加压法稀硝酸生产工艺流程及铂网中毒后的影响部位,分析了铂网铁中毒、油中毒和灰中毒的工艺状况及原因。针对硝酸装置出现过的铂网中毒现象,提出了相应的预防措施,即提高空气过滤器的净化度、增设氨过滤器或更新氨过滤器型式、减少铁杂质的来源。The dual-pressure dilute nitric acid production process flow sheet and affected location of platinum gauze poisoning are introduced, process conditions and causes for platinum gauze iron poisoning, oil poisoning and ash poisoning are analyzed.In connection with platinum gauze poisoning happened in nitric acid unit, relevant precautionary measures are proposed, i.e., improvement of purification degree of air filter, addition of ammonia filter or update ammonia filter type, and reduction of iron impurities sources.
