摘　　要：介绍了天然气纯氧换热式转化装置的工艺流程、主要设备和催化剂应用情况。该装置设备材质及催化剂均实现国产化,运行状况良好。经多年节能挖潜改造,各项指标全面超过其设计值,吨氨消耗和综合能耗均低于Tandem工艺。A introduction is given of the use of equipment and technological process for natural gas heat transfer reforming by pure oxygen, main equipment and catalyst.The material of the equipment and catalyst are realized localization, and the operation conditions are good.After many years of energy saving and tapping the potentials and transform, all indicators are excess their design values, consumption per ton ammonia and comprehensive energy consumption are lower than that of Tandem process.
