摘  要:【目的】研究杏李6个品种的休眠枝进行各抗寒因子,得出各品种抗寒性大小,为杏李在新疆安全越冬生产栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以6个杏李品种的休眠枝条为试材,设置-15、-20、-25、-30和-35℃五个低温梯度进行低温处理,用电导法测定低温处理枝条的电解质渗出率,采用Logistic方程拟合,求得半致死温度(LT50),同时对其可溶性糖、MDA含量以及可溶性蛋白含量等指标进行测定比较。【结果】各品种电解质渗出率呈典型的S型曲线,与低温呈显著负相关;恐龙蛋、味帝、风味玫瑰、风味皇后、味王、味厚的半致死温度分别为-34.43、-32.37、-38.87、-37.41、-40.14和-31.14℃。【结论】杏李各品种抗寒力大小依次为味王﹥风味玫瑰﹥风味皇后﹥恐龙蛋﹥味帝﹥味厚,杏李实际生产中-25℃是需要防范的敏感温度。【Objective】To study and determine cold resistance of six varieties of Prunus domestica,which might provide the theoretic foundation for Prunus domestica to live through the winter in Xinjiang.【Method】Low temperature treatment of dormant woods taken from six varieties of Prunus domestica were done under five temperature gradients including- 15℃,- 20℃,- 25℃,- 30℃,and- 35℃. Electrolyte leakage,contents of soluble sugar and protein,content of MDA of treated dormant woods were evaluated. The semi- lethal temperature( LT50) of different varieties was conducted using conductance method with Logistic equation.【Result】Electrolyte leakage of different varieties showed a typical S- shaped curve,and was negatively correlated with the low temperature. The LT50 of Prunus domestica × armeniaca.( Konglongdan),Prunus domestica× armeniaca.( Weidi),Prunus domestica × armeniaca.( Fengweimeigui),Prunus domestica × armeniaca.( Fengweihuanghou),Prunus domestica × armeniaca.( Weiwang),Prunus domestica × armeniaca.( Weihou)were- 34. 43℃,- 32. 37℃,- 38. 87℃,- 37. 41℃- 40. 14℃ and- 31. 14℃,respectively. 【Conclusion】The cold resistance of test Prunus domestica was evaluated as Weiwang Fengweimeigui Fengweihuanghou Konglongdan Weidi Weihou. During the cultivation and planting of Prunus domestica,-25℃ was a sensitive temperature point that needed taking precautions against frostbite.
