坐瓜节位和授粉品种对三倍体西瓜单瓜重及着色秕籽的影响

摘  要:【目的】探究坐瓜节位和二倍体授粉品种对三倍体西瓜着色秕籽的影响。【方法】以2个不同三倍体西瓜为材料,采用3个不同类型的二倍体西瓜材料给三倍体西瓜3个不同节位授粉的双因子试验,试验重复2年,统计不同处理组合的单瓜着色秕籽和单果重。【结果】坐瓜节位对着色秕籽的形成差异显著,低节位显著高于高节位。不同年份,授粉品种对不同三倍体西瓜的着色秕籽的形成的差异不一致,对三倍体西瓜材料VS8-27授粉的单瓜着色秕籽两年均值显著较高的为二倍体材料S660,对三倍体西瓜材料VS8-45授粉的单瓜着色秕籽两年均值显著较高的为二倍体材料S279。二倍体授粉品种对三倍体西瓜单果重无显著差异,低节位坐瓜的单果重显著高于高节位的。【结论】三倍体无籽西瓜的着色秕籽数与二倍体授粉品种、坐瓜节位显著相关,与授粉品种种子大小无关,坐瓜节位低的着色秕籽多。三倍体无籽西瓜单果重和授粉品种无显著相关,坐瓜以主、侧蔓第三雌花留瓜较好。【Objective】The purpose of the project aims to evaluate the effects of fruiting nodes and diploid pollinators on single fruit weight and colored aborted seed of triploid watermelon. 【Method】Experiment was conducted with 3 pollinators with different characters for pollinating 2 triploid watermelon varieties between2012 and 2013,and single fruit weight and colored aborted seed of different treatment combination were investigated.【Result】There were obvious different effects on colored aborted seed number for fruiting nodes,which fruiting at low node were obviously higher than those fruiting at high node. In different years,effects of diploid pollinators on corlored aborted seed number of single fruit were not consistent for 2 triploid watermelons. Obviously much colored aborted seeds of triploid watermelon( VS8- 27) was obtained when diploid watermelon( S660) was used as pollinizer. Obviously much colored aborted seeds of triploid watermelon( VS8- 45) were obtained when diploid watermelon( S279) was used as pollinizer. There were obvious different effects on single fruit weight for diploid pollinators,and single fruit weight for the plants fruiting at low node was obviouslyhigher than those fruiting at high node.【Conclusion】The colored aborted seed number of triploid watermelon was related to diploid pollinators and fruiting nodes obviously,which was not related to seed size of diploid pollinator,and that fruiting at low node was much more. Single fruit weight of triploid watermelon was not correlated to diploid pollinators and fruiting at the third female flower of main vine and lateral vine was better.
