摘 要:【目的】了解果棉间作模式下库尔勒香梨农药残留水平,分析产地环节农药使用带来的安全隐患及风险,为制定农药残留风险管理措施奠定基础。【方法】通过调研的方法,了解香梨主产区的农药使用情况;利用气相色谱仪和液-质联用仪检测香梨样品中的农药残留水平;运用风险分析的理论分析库尔勒香梨的质量安全隐患。【结果】在采集的67份香梨样品中,分析了51种农药残留水平,其中,33种农药未检出,18种检出。在检出的18种农药中,水胺硫磷、氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯超标率均为1.5%,其余的15种均未超过国家相关标准限量值,总体合格率为95.5%。【结论】从主产区来看,巴州地区香梨农药检出率相对高于阿克苏地区;从香梨农药残留的整体情况来说,整体较好,但仍要注重库尔勒香梨农药残留控制。[ Objective ] In order to make deep risk communication with public, this research focuses on: (1) To understand pesticide residue level of Korla fragrant pear under pear/cotton intercropping mode. (2) To analyze the potential safety hazard and its risk of pesticide used on farm land. (3) To discuss the risk management measure of pesticide residue on Korla fragrant pear. [ Method] Frequency and times, etc. Of pesti- cide was surveyed in the main production zone of Korla fragrant pear. Pesticide residue level of Korla fragrant pear was tested by GC and LC - MS. The potential risk of safety of Korla fragrant pear was analyzed based on risk analysis theory. [ Result ] About 51 kinds of pesticides in the total of 67 pear samples were tested. Only 33 kinds of pesticides could not be detected, and 18 kinds of pesticides could be detected. Three of them (isocarbophos, cypermethrin and fenvalerate) exceeded the national standard maximum limit; the exceeding rate was 1.5%. And 95.5% of all the total pear samples were qualified fruit. [ Conclusion] From the perspective of the main production zone, the detection rate of pesticide residue in Bazhou area was higher than in Akesu area. In view of the situation of pesticide residue, the whole situation was good. But we need to realize the importa~'ce of pesticide residue control.
