摘  要:【目的】对产朊假丝酵母培养基进行优化,以提高其产率。【方法】通过单因素试验,研究不同碳源、氮源、无机盐对产阮假丝酵母产量的影响,对产朊假丝酵母发酵培养基成分进行筛选和优化研究,在此基础上,利用响应曲面法对主要影响因素进行回归分析。【结果】获得最优的增值发酵培养基组成为蛋白胨36.32g/L,蔗糖76.17 g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.98 g/L,硫酸镁1.5 g/L,硫酸铵1 g/L。【结论】产朊假丝酵母在优化后的培养基下OD值可达0.916,菌体干重可达11.15 g/L,比对照组提高了2.08倍。[ Objective] The purpose of this paper is mainly to study the optimization of medium of Candida utilis in order to improve the production of it. [ Method ] Firstly, by means of the fermentation medium composition for screening and optimization, the optimal medium composition and optimal concentration of each component was determined. Through single factor experiments including different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, mineral salt was tested, Then, the optimized level of these factors were determined by Box - Behnken. [ Result ] The best ratio of value - added fermentation medium was as follows: peptone 36.32 g/L, sucrose 76.17 g/L, MgSO4 1.5 g/L, KH2PO4 1.98 g/L; (NH4) 2SO4 1 g/L. [ Conclusion]The optical density of Candida utilis with the optimal medium reach 0. 916, and dry cell weight reached 11.15 g/L,which was 2. 08 times higher than that of the CK group.
