综合护理干预在胃大部切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在胃大部切除术患者中的应用方法。方法:将我院收治的46例行胃大部切除术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各23例,对照组实施病情观察、用药护理、术后并发症预防等常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理、健康教育等综合护理。结果:观察组临床效果优良率为91.3%,并发症发生率为17.4%,对照组分别为69.6%、39.1%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范有效的综合护理干预能够降低胃大部切除术后患者并发症发生率,提高治疗效果。Objective：To explore the application method of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients With subtotal gastrectomy. Methods：46 patients With subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital Were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（23 cases in each group）. The conventional nursing measures Were taKen in the control group,including observation on patient’s conditions, medication care and prevention of postoperative complications;the comprehensive nursing care liKe psychological nursing and health educa_tion Was implemented in the observation group based on the routine measures. Results：The excellent and good rate of clinical effect Was 91. 3﹪ and the incidence of complications Was 17. 4﹪ in the observation group,and it Was 69. 6﹪ and 39. 1﹪ in the control group（P〈0. O5）. Conclusion：The standardized and effective comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications and im_prove the therapeutic effect in the subtotal gastrectomy.
