摘　　要：熔模铸造中广泛使用水玻璃型壳,本文阐述了水玻璃型壳常见缺陷,如变形、鼓胀、裂纹,蚁孔、蠕孔、气孔等的外观特征,分析了缺陷产生的原因,介绍了纠正措施。the paper describes the exterior features of and reasons behind the defects of the sodi-um silicate shell which has wide applications in the investment casting（e.g. common deformations,bulges,cracks,pores,wormholes and air pores,etc.）,as well as their precautions and solutions.
