摘　　要：我国凿岩机械行业在知识产权保护方面存在着过度依赖产品仿制发展、法律机制不健全、同业不正当竞争行为抑制科研创新等问题,应通过完善相关立法及管理机制、加快产业升级、强化保护意识及人才培养等措施予以改进。Some problems arise in China＇s intellectual property protection in the rock drilling machinery sector,such as too much reliance on imitation of foreign products,unsound legal systems,restricted scientific researches and innovations duo to the inappropriate competition in the same sector,etc,. As a result,we should solve the said problems by complementing the relevant legislative and administrative systems,accelerating the industrial restructuring,improv-ing the awareness of IP protection and talent cultivation,and so forth.
