摘 要:西部重工承接钢爪的制作与加工,其中加工215×260平面,为了降低成本,决定把C630-1车床改造成卧式铣床,在车床的中托板上固定一铣削头,在车床的一侧固定一平台,在平台上设计了靠板,钢爪的下底面紧靠在靠板上,钢爪头部伸出65mm,以钢爪的175圆柱端面为基准对215-260平面进行铣削。大大减少了钢抓的装夹时间,吊用钢爪的钢丝绳在装夹钢爪时可以移到钢爪的头部,把钢丝绳挪到吊装位置就可以实现装卸。这样的设计大大减少了装卸时间,提高了工作效率。对改造后的卧式铣床进行了优缺点分析,最后提出了关于卧式铣床的改造和制作的两点想法。Our company undertake production and procession of steel claws,and we decide to transform the C630-1 lathe into the horizontal milling machine in order to reduce cost for the 215 × 260 plane. We will fix a milling head on the plate of lathe,fix a platform on one side of the lathe,and design backup plate on the platform. The undersurface of steel claw is close to the backup plate,and the head of steel claw sticks out 65 mm,mill the 215-260 plane in condition of the ∮ 175 cylindrical face of steel claw as the standard. This way could decrease the clamping time of steel claw,and the steel wire rope of sling steel claw could move to the head of steel claw when clamping the steel claw. And it will realize the assembled and unassembled work when the steel wire rope moves to the lifting position. Such design reduces the clamping time and improves the work efficiency. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the transformed horizontal milling machine,and then put forward two ideas for the modification and production of horizontal milling machine.
