摘 要:换流回路杂散电感和其中的di/dt共同作用,会使得开关器件在关断瞬态过程中,承受很高的感应电压尖峰,增大器件的电应力、增加系统开关损耗和电磁干扰,同时会使输出电压中包含大量高次谐波,影响系统性能。因此需要对包含换流回路在内的线路杂散电感进行准确计算,这其中以母排杂散电感最为关键。该文在对现有多种杂散电感提取方法进行分析比较的基础上,对换流回路开关瞬态过程的多个阶段进行梳理,寻找到开关瞬态过程中对杂散电感提取最有利的阶段,提出利用开通瞬态过程配合积分运算的方法代替目前利用关断电压峰值配合微分计算的方法。以实际3.3k V/1200A的IGBT构成的大容量变换器为分析对象,利用该方法对其进行杂散电感提取,并与部分单元等效电路的分析结果对比,验证该文提出的杂散电感值提取方法的准确性和实用性。In the turn-off transient of a switch device, the combined action of stray inductance in the converter circuit and the di/dt can bring higher voltage peak in the turn-off transient than in the off state, can result in more electric stress, and can increase switching losses and EMI. The stray inductance also produces a great deal of harmonics and influences inverter performance. Thus, as the most critical component, the bus bar stray inductance needs to be calculated accurately in converter circuits. In the base of analyzing the merits and faults of several existed methods for stray inductance extraction, the paper analyses multiple stages of turn-on/off transient and finds the best stage for inductance extraction. Then, it provides an integral arithmetic method in turn-on process to replace the differential arithmetic in turn-off process. In the actual large capacity inverter, which is composed by 3.3k V/1200 A IGBT module, the stray inductance is extracted by the new method, and the results are compared with PEEC analysis results. The accuracy and practicability of the new extraction method are verified by the comparison.
