添加剂对锂离子电池电解液防过充保护的研究

摘  要:作为锂离子电池的基本组成要素之一,电解液的基本特性直接影响着锂离子电池的循环特性、热稳定性和安全性。因此,利用添加剂来提高电解液的防过充能力成了改善电解液性能的重要方式。常用的添加剂主要有两类:氧化还原添加剂和电聚合添加剂。选取二甲氧基硝基苯类作为防过充添加剂。研究发现,该类添加剂的防过充能力好且具有很好的循环性能,能明显改善锂电池的循环性能和高低温性能。As one of the essential component of lithium-ion batteries: cycle characteristics, thermal stability and safety of lithium ion battery were directly affected by the basic characteristics of the electrolyte. Therefore, it was an important way that using of additives to improve the electrolyte's ability of overcharging. There were two types of commonly used additives:redox additive and electdc polymeric additive. Dimethoxy nitrobenzene was selected as anti- over-charge additives. The study found that such additives were with good anti-overcharge ability and good cycle performance, and cycling performance and high temperature performance of lithium batteries could be significantly improved.
