摘  要:针对带电作业中安全防护的重要性,介绍了一个绝缘用具沿面检测装置的硬件电路设计方案。该电路设计简单、原理清晰,具有调压和稳压双重功能。对以SG3525芯片为核心实现2.5 k V电压的高压产生电路,以及对存在缺陷的绝缘用具给出报警指示的电路作出了详细的研究。在设计的最后,还对电路进行了实验研究,验证了电路设计的合理性与正确性。For the safe protection of live working necessary, a hardware circuit design of surface detection device of insulated tools was summarized. There was a simple design and clear principles for the circuit. The circuit had two functions that were voltage regulator and regulated. 2.5 kV high voltage generating circuit, which was based on SG3525 and alarm circuit for defective insulation were made a detailed study. At last, the circuit was experimented. The result of experiment which proved the design of circuit is reasonable and correct.
