摘 要:国家"电机能效提升计划"指出对在用感应电机进行高效化改造是重要技术路线之一。本文以一台常规Y系列感应电机(22k W/Y-180L-4)为例,利用低谐波绕组理论对定子绕组进行改造。有限元仿真表明,与改造前电机相比,低谐波绕组感应电机的气隙磁场各次谐波含量明显削弱,磁负荷与电负荷有所降低,过载能力有所提升,在较宽负载范围内效率较高,起动转矩更大而起动电流略小。本方案改造成本低,电机性能改善明显。It is pointed out in the National Program of Electrical Machines Efficiency Enhancement that high-efficiency modification of the existing induction motors is one of the important technique routes.In this paper,modification of a conventional Y-series induction motor (22kW/Y-180L-4) is taken as an example,of which the winding is redesigned according to the low-harmonic winding theory.Finite element analysis shows that,compared with the conventional motor,the low-harmonic-winding motor exhibits reduced harmonics in the airgap field,lower magnetic and electric loads and hence slightly better over-load capability,higher efficiency over a wide load range,and higher starting torque but slightly lower starting current.The modification cost is low whilst the performance improvement is effective.
