摘 要:本文对槽式聚光镜进行了风洞试验研究,系统地研究了镜面的平均风压分布及其特点。先给出了几种典型工况下单个镜面的平均风压的分布状况,并总结出聚光镜镜面的风压分布在不同的镜面竖向仰角和水平风向角条件下的变化规律。然后进行槽式聚光镜在镜组工况下的风洞测压试验,分析了镜组的相互干扰对镜面平均风压系数的影响。本文的研究成果可为槽式聚光镜结构的抗风设计提供技术参数及设计依据,也对镜组系统的优化设计和控制镜面变形的研究提供参考依据,有一定的理论意义和工程实用价值。Through wind tunnel test on curved mirror solar condenser model, the systematic study for the mean wind pressure distribution of mirror and its characteristics. Firstly, the article provides of mean wind pressure under several typical working conditions for a single mirror, and has been made the distribution the variation of mean wind pressures distribution upon the curved mirror with changes of regularity for different mirror vertical an- gles and horizontal wind direction angles. Then through the wind tunnel test of condenser in interference condition of the mirror group, the testing analyzes the effect of interference of the mirror group on the average wind pressure coefficient of the mirror. The research results of this paper can provide technical parameters and design basis for wind resistant design of curved mirror solar condenser structure, and the reference for the study on optima! design and controlling of the mirror group system deformation. The results have certain theoretical significance and practical value.
