摘 要:通过对铝纤维炸药在土中爆炸成腔效应进行研究,得到土中爆炸成腔的半经验公式。针对5m高水下爆炸塔的倾斜问题,结合塔底矩形钢板环绕支撑结构和地质情况,设计具体的单孔装药量与孔深,利用铝纤维炸药土中爆炸成腔技术重新调整塔底地基水平面,使塔在振动与重力作用下得以纠偏。实践证明,铝纤维炸药由于其能量密度高、成型效果好等特点可在一些特殊环境下应用并取得理想的效果。Semi-empirical formula of explosion cavity in soil of aluminum fiber explosive was concluded by analyzing experiment effects of explosion cavities in soil. According to the inclined problem of a 5m high underwater explosion tower, combined with surround support structure by rectangular plate of tower bottom and geological condition, charge weight and depth of every hole were designed. Rectification of the underwater explosion tower was implemented under actions of blasting vibration and gravity by using the technology of explosion cavity in soil of aluminum fiber explosive to adjust horizontal plane of the foundation. Results showed that aluminum fiber explosive could be applied in particular circumstances because of its high energy density and well molding properties.
