摘  要:为提高复杂漏失地层的承压堵漏成功率,研究了HMXW网状纤维的承压堵漏性能与堵漏机理.使用尺寸为3~6 mm的滚珠和割缝钢块模拟大孔道和裂缝性漏失地层,研究了HMXW在裂缝性漏失地层中的堵漏性能.实验结果表明:①HMXW网状纤维加入现有承压堵漏体系后,能够在体系中形成独特的弹性网状结构,帮助承压堵漏剂快速失水,形成高强度的封堵层,阻断堵漏施工中的压力传递作用,加固漏失层近井带,提高承压强度;②0.8%的HMXW网状纤维加入承压堵漏体系后,能够封堵3 mm以下的裂缝性漏失地层;③1.6%HMXW网状纤维加入承压堵漏体系后,能够封堵4~5 mm的裂缝性漏失地层.HMXW网状纤维堵漏技术的研究为承压堵漏技术提供了一个新的技术手段,有利于改进和提高现有承压堵漏体系在复杂漏失层中的承压堵漏强度和堵漏成功率.The performance and mechanism of HMXW reticular fiber in mud loss control under pressure have been studied in laboratory using 3-6 mm balls and slotted steel bloom simulating big cavity and fractures into which mud is lost. Laboratory tests showed that 1) HMXW, when added to LCM mud, forms a unique elastic network structure therein, accelerating the water loss of the LCM mud and forming high strength barriers to mud losses, which separates pressure communication between formation and bore hole. The near wellbore formation, which is weak and easy for the mud to loss, is thus strengthened. 2) LCM mud containing 0.8% HMXW can control mud losses into 3 mm fractures. 3) LCM mud containing 1.6% HMXW can control mud losses into 4 5 mm fractures. HMXW reticular fiber presents a new technology for mud losses control under pressure, improving successes in mud loss control in complex thief zones.
