摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对欧洲足球俱乐部球员跨国流动问题进行了深入研究。研究认为:欧洲职业足球联盟对于欧洲足球未来发展的担忧,提高了足球领域发展青少年运动员的意识,欧洲足球在未来人才的选拔上不能像之前那样只将目光聚焦在年轻的跨国流动球员身上;因为外籍球员数量的增加可能会导致通过青训学院获得进步的本土年轻球员数量的减少。欧足各俱乐部应在早期阶段就考虑青少年球员培养问题,而不是在人才开发后期的关键时期才投资于球员的招募和战略管理。With the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper deeply explores the is- sue of transnational flow of European football players. The study suggests that the European Professional Football League＇s worry over the future development of European football increases their awareness of developing young player in football field, that the future selection of new players should no longer be limited to the young tranational flow players because the increase of the overseas players would possibly cause the decrease of domestic young players who might otherwise develop well through college training, and that the European Football League should start to consider the cultivation of young footballers from an early stage rather than invest to the recruitment and strategic management of footballers at the key later stage of talents development.
