摘　　要：美军在装备维修保障领域,历来重视发挥建制力量以外地方民力的作用,并从法律层面规范了其应用范围和时机等。随着武器装备发展和保障环境的变化,在建制力量和其他力量运用的方式上也出现了一些新变化。对于这些新变化进行了系统梳理,并深入分析了原因,提出了对我军军民一体化装备保障的对策建议。The US Army always emphasizes the effect of civil outside system power in equipment maintenance and support, and regulates the scope and opportunity of its application, etc. from the law level. Along with the change of weapon equipment and support environment, the way to use sys- tem power and other civil power has some changes too. These changes are tidied up systematically, and the reasons are thoroughly analyzed, and the significant revelations to our army military-civil inte- gration equipment support are brought up.
