摘  要:对透明玻璃空腔中的甲烷-空气预混气体爆燃的泄爆过程进行了实验研究。通过在腔体顶部安装不同质量的防爆门,对预混可燃气体的爆燃压力、火焰速度等参数进行了测量,分析了防爆门在开启过程中火焰结构、爆燃压力和火焰传播速度随时间的变化规律。结果表明:防爆门质量越大,腔体内部的爆燃超压越高,开启防爆门所需时间越长,火焰锋面传播速度的峰值也越大。此外,与质量对称防爆门相比,质量不对称防爆门在泄爆过程中的开启时刻和火焰速度达到最大值时刻均更为提前。An experimental study on venting process of methane-air mixture in a transparent explosion chamber was carried out.With different masses of explosion doors at the top of the chamber,relevant parameters,such as pressure and flame speed of the premixed combustible gas,were measured.The time dependent flame structure,deflagration pressure and flame propagation speed were discussed and analyzed. It is concluded that the larger the mass of the explosion door, the greater interior deflagration pressure and the flame speed peak,and the longer the time needed to open the venting doors.Additionally,compared to the mass symmetric venting doors both the opening time and the time to maximal flame speed of the asymmetric one are earlier during the gas deflagration process.
