摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在消化道出血诊断中的应用价值。方法对2011年6月—2014年6月期间于我院接受治疗的72例消化道出血患者行多层螺旋CT检查。结果 72例患者中小肠肿瘤24例,肠系膜上动脉栓塞6例,肠道血管发育不良32例,息肉6例,小肠憩室4例。CT诊断和临床诊断吻合率97%。结论多层螺旋CT在消化道出血诊断中有着良好的临床应用前景,可作为首选筛查方法。Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods June 2012-June 2013 period certain hospital treated 72 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients for the study,OK multislice spiral CT diagnosis;Result In 72 patients,24 cases of intestinal tumors,superior mesenteric artery embolism 6 cases,32 cases of intestinal angiodysplasia,polyps 6 cases,4 cases of small bowel diverticula. CT diagnosis and clinical diagnostics 100% fit. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding has good prospects for clinical application,the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding as the preferred screening method.
