摘  要:为方便圆弧齿轮的测量和提高计算效率,从圆弧齿轮的齿面方程入手,推导出圆弧齿轮弦齿厚测量尺寸的计算公式.根据圆弧齿轮的成形特点,进一步导出圆弧齿轮弦齿厚的近似计算公式,并举例计算圆柱双圆弧齿轮弦齿厚测量尺寸.两种计算结果比较表明,近似公式的误差仅为0.001mm,完全满足工程要求的精度.近似公式计算简单方便,大大提高了计算效率.In order to make the measurement of arc gears convenient and improve the calculation efficien- cy, the calculation formula of measurement size of chordal tooth thickness of arc gear is presented on the basis of tooth surface equations of arc gear. According to the formation feature of arc gear, the approxi- mate calculation formula of chordal tooth thickness of arc gear is derived further. An example is given to calculate the measurement size of chordal tooth thickness of cylindrical double arc gear. It is shown by comparing the results of two calculation formulae that the error of approximate calculation formula is only O. 001 mm that meeting the requirement of engineering accuracy, being simple and convenient, and impro- ving the computation efficiency greatly.
