摘  要:基于三维松散煤体温度场对流占优扩散偏微分方程数学模型,使用有限元方法解决一定边界条件下的煤自燃温度场控制方程模拟煤温的自然变化趋势,数值模拟出一组具有动态变化规律的空间对应温度值.用煤温测试装置测得煤堆中一些特定点的瞬态煤温的变化温度后对比了模拟温度值与实验温度值,比较分析结果的可行性,根据模拟结果对模型进行评价,为建立快速、准确的煤自燃预测预报系统奠定了基础.Based on the mathematical model of three-dimensional temperature field of loose coal defined by convection-dominated diffusive partial differential equation and using the finite element method to give the natural variation trend of coal temperature simulated with the controlling equation of coal spontaneous combustion under a set of spatial corresponding temperature values with dynamic variation pattern is simu- lated numerically. The transient variation of coal temperature at some specific points in coal stockpile is tested with coal temperature test device and the simulated temperature values are compared with the exper- imental values to analyze the feasibility of the result. The model is evaluated according to the simulation result, providing a basis for fast and accurate orediction of coal soontaneous combustion.
