智能融雪剂洒布车洒布量控制方案研究

摘　　要：针对传统液压调速的缺点和融雪剂洒布车的作业环境,提出将液压变频调速技术运用于融雪剂洒布车,通过电动机带动融雪剂泵,运用闭环控制,从理论上分析该方案的特点以及自动洒布核心算法和流程。结果表明,该方案弥补了液压控制冷启动困难的问题,而且节能、调节方便,能够控制洒布的均匀性。Considering the disadvantages of traditional hydraulic speed regulators and the working environment of snow melting agent distributors, the paper suggests to apply hydraulic variable frequency speed regulation technology to snow melting agent distributors. Theoretical analysis is carried out to the features of motor driven snow melting agent pump in closed-loop control and the algorithm and process of automatic distributors. The results show that the scheme eliminates the difficulty of hydraulic control cold starting, improves energy consumption and distributing evenness with easy control.
