摘　　要：对天津商业大学实验技术队伍的现状进行了分析,并对目前各高校实验技术队伍建设实践经验进行了调研。结合热能与动力工程国家级示范中心的实践,探讨了新形势下高校实验技术队伍的建设方向和改革措施,为提升实验室建设水平提供重要的参考。Analyses the present conditions of the laboratory technicians in Tianjin university of commerce, and investigates the practical experience of enhancing laboratory technicians＇ team construction in other colleges and universities. Based on the practice of national experimental teaching demonstration center, also probes the construct orientation and reform measures of laboratory technicians. It plays an important role in promoting the level of laboratory construction.
