试论我国养老保险基金运作机制的问题与优化

摘　　要：构建科学合理的社会养老保险基金运作机制,是我国养老保险事业发展的迫切需要,也将对我国经济社会的发展产生重要影响。文章对我国社会养老保险基金的筹集、运营及支付机制等方面存在的问题进行了全面深入的分析,剖析其中存在的问题,然后针对性地提出优化我国养老保险基金运行的对策建议。The construction of a scientific and proper operational mechanism of endowment insurance fund is the urgent need for our country＇ s endowment insurance development. And it will also has an important impact on our country＇ s economic and social development. This article makes a deep analysis on the mechanism of en- dowment insurance fund from three aspects, i.e. the raise of fund, operation and payment mechanism, analyzing the existing problems, and then puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures.
