摘　　要：随着我国经济的飞速发展,城镇化建设虽然取得了一定成就,但在城镇化发展过程中仍然存在诸多有待解决的问题,需要推进新型城镇化的建设。通过对我国城镇化演进过程进行总结,并分析了城镇化发展中存在的问题,认为应分层有序的推进我国新型城镇化建设。With the rapid development of our economy,the urbanization construction has made certain achievements,but there are still many problems to be solved in the process of development in urban construction,need to advance the new type of urbanization. By analyzing the evolution process of urbanization in China is summarized,and analyzed the existing problems in the development of urbanization,that should be hierarchically ordered to advance the construction of new towns in china.
