摘　　要：锡伯族传统弓箭文化被视为锡伯族的民族象征,由渔猎经济时代的狩猎工具、游牧经济时代的军事武器、农业经济时代的大众民俗文化、屯垦戍边文化,演变为今天的现代体育竞技项目,集中的体现了这一民族的文化渊源、特点和社会发展进程。因此,从旅游资源(Resource)、市场(Market)和产品(Product)三个方面进行系统剖析,构建新疆伊犁察县锡伯族传统弓箭文化旅游资源开发模式。Traditional archery Xibe culture is regarded as the symbol of a nation of Xibe,by fishing and hunting economy era hunting tools,nomadic economy era military weapons,agricultural economy times and popular folk culture,cultivating in cultural evolution,modern sports project today,concentrated expression of cultural origin,characteristics and the process of social development this nation. Therefore,from the tourism resources（Resource）,market（Market）and product（Product）three aspects to carry on the system analysis,the construction of Xinjiang Yili County Police Xibe traditional arrow culture tourism resources development model.
