摘　　要：对东风-12型手扶拖拉机所用离合器的主要参数校核及结构工艺性进行分析研究,根据离合器的应用原理,找出零件在设计制造及装配过程中存在的工艺性问题,为提高离合器的工作可靠性提供科学依据。提出将离合器摩擦片的材料改为金属陶瓷;摩擦片平面的加工精度提高1级,分离杆横截面积最大加大10%等改进措施。In this paper, the main parameters and structural machinability of Dongfeng-12 walking tractor were checked and analyzed, and the problems existing in the structure and operation were found out. In order to improve the reliability of the clutch, the following measures were put forward： material of friction plate changed to metal ceramic, its flatness raised by one level and cross-sectional area of release lever increased by 10%.
