基于收入结构视角的湖南农民增收问题研究

摘　　要：从湖南农民收入来源结构看,近几年工资性收入增长较快,家庭经营是收入的稳定来源,财产性收入和转移性收入增长缓慢。对此建议通过加快培育壮大主导产业、培育新型农业经营主体、提高农业科技素质、加快农村劳动力转移就业、加强农业基础设施建设、完善政策支持体系等措施来促进农民收入快速增长。In view of farmer income source structure in Hunan, salary income growth and family business are a stable source of income,property income and transfer income growth are slow. The suggestions are put fareward such as to speed up developmert of strong leading industries and new type of agricultural management main body, improve the quality of the agricultural science and technology, quicken the transfer of rural labor employment, strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, and improve the policy support system and other measures to promote the rapid growth of farmers＇ income.
