摘　　要：工人阶级结构变化是资本主义国家社会内部矛盾发展变化的风向标。工人运动是资本主义国家一个重要的政治和社会活动,也是资本主义发展阶段和发展趋势的重要反映。本文旨在探索当代资本主义国家工人结构和工人运动发展的新变化,在一定程度上了解当代资本主义世界的发展现状,从中窥探未来工人运动的发展趋势。Changes in the structure of the working class in the capitalist countries are the reflection of its internal contradictions. The labor movements are not only the important political and social activities, but also the reflections of the stage of development and development trend of the capitalist countries. On the basis of exploring the new changes in the workers structure and labor movements, this article aims to know the current situation of the capitalist countries and the development tendency of the labor movements.
