浅谈呼和浩特市旅游公共信息供给服务及优化

摘　　要：本文从旅游公共信息服务供给的重要性出发,讨论了呼和浩特旅游公共信息服务供给的现状和存在的问题,如旅游公共信息供给主体职责不明确、提供的信息内容不全、更新速度慢、信息缺乏准确性以及供给的途径单一等问题。通过分析这些问题的成因,从总体战略和体系建设两个层面上对旅游公共信息供给服务给予优化,建立一个层级明确,便捷高效的旅游信息供给服务系统。With the development of tourism, the public information service plays a very important role. This paper discusses the problems of information service of Hohhot, such as the server being not clear; the information being not comprehensive and deep; the updates being delayed; the information being not correctly; and the way to support information being so simple. This paper analyses the reasons of these problems, and trys to do some improved measures to establish a convenient with dear hierarchy and high level service system.
