摘　　要：高等学校学籍档案能够真实、客观地记录和反映每位学生的学习经历、家庭情况和参加社会实践活动等信息,对高校的学生管理工作来说至关重要,同时学籍档案也是用人单位筛选和聘用毕业生的重要依据。本文从现阶段高校学籍档案的管理现状入手,分析了面临的问题,同时也提出了一些解决对策。Archives can record and reflect information of students＇ learning experience, family situations, and participation in social practice activities truly and objectively. It is essential for students management in universities. Archives are also important for choosing and employing graduates for employers. Based on the status of archives management in colleges,this article analyses the problems, and puts forward some solutions.
