摘  要:根据北京农宅采暖能耗实际情况,针对节能改造的农宅建立了北京地区典型农宅模型,提出空气源热泵代替燃煤锅炉的采暖方式;从技术、经济、节能三方面进行可行性分析验证,得出空气源热泵+散热器采暖年运行费用22.3元/m2,节能减排效果显著,节能率最高达59.7%,CO2年减排量最高达3.2t,SO2年减排量最高达165.6kg,NOx年减排量最高达144.2kg。Based on the current status of space heating energy consumption of rural buildings in Beijing suburb and the housing conditions after energy-saving retrofit,the typical rural house model was established,and a new heating way using air source heat pump to replace coal heating stove was proposed. The feasibilities from technology,economy and energy saving were verified. It was concluded that for the typical rural house in Beijing suburb the air source heat pump with radiators as space heating system costs 22. 3 yuan / m2 per year for running,and it can provide large energy-saving emission reduction effect.The energy saving rate can reach to 59. 7%,while the emission reductions of CO2,SO2,and NOx can reach to 3. 2t / a,165. 6kg / a and 144. 2kg / a,respectively.
