摘  要:某电厂220MW机组3号轴承相对轴振动和座振动均超标。通过分析历史数据,诊断振动原因为:中-低压转子中间接长轴设计结构薄弱,机组甩负荷停机使得接长轴产生了较大地二阶质量不平衡。通过采用现场高速动平衡技术,在接长轴上加重,降低相关测点振动值,使机组振动达到优良水平。The 3th relative shaft vibration and bearing vibration have been exceeded standard. By analyzing the his-torical data,diagnosed the vibrational reasons are that the design structure of the extended shaft is weak and then load shed-ding made the extended shaft produced greatly second-order mass imbalance. Through adopting field dynamic balancing method,the trial weights were added onto the extended shaft to reduce the 3th relative shaft vibration and bearing vibration. The unit vibrations eventually were controlled to a satisfied level.
