摘 要:闭式蒸发冷却冷水机组在大柳塔电厂内用于湿冷塔内循环水降温时,对其耗水量进行了测试分析.得出在测试条件下,机组运行时耗水量范围为:250-350kg/h;机组最小耗水量257.6kg/h对应的二次/一次空气风量比为0.5;循环水流量与耗水量成线性正比关系,当循环水流量从6m/h增加到15m/h时,耗水量从233kg/h增加到339.2kg/h。机组进风口的干湿球温差,进出水温差的变化趋势都与耗水量的变化趋势基本一致。An evaporative cooling chiller in Da Liuta electricity plant can reduce the temperature of the circulating water. Its water consumption were tested and analyzed.Under the test condition, its water consumption range during runtime is 260-350kg/h; The minimum water consumption 257.6kg/h corresponding to the winds ratio 0.5 ;The circulating water flow and water consumption is linearly proportional relationship, when recycled water is from 6m3/h to 15m3/h, water consumption from 233kg/h to 339.2kg/h. The difference between air inlet wet and dry bulb temperature, between inlet and outlet water temperature are consistent with the trends of water consumption.
