摘  要:基于1 kt/a连续式中试装置的聚酯增黏切片试生产,考察了增黏反应器进料黏度、搅拌器转速、增黏反应器热媒温度及熔体停留时间等不同参数对增黏效果的影响.结果表明:适当提高常规终缩聚反应器熔体的黏度有利于增黏熔体黏度的提高;增黏反应器热媒温度在284~ 287℃为最佳;适当延长熔体在增黏反应器中的停留时间也有利于出料黏度的提高.Based on the trial production of polyester adhesion promotion slices in a 1 kt/a continuous pilot plant, the effects of various parameters such as viscosity of feed in adhesion promotion reactor, rotating speed of agitator, temperature of thermal medium, and staying time of melt on the effectiveness of adhesion promotion were studied. Result showed that appropriate promotion of viscosity of melt in conventionalfinal polycondensation reactor was favorable for promotion of viscosity of adhesion promotion melt; the temperature of heat medium in adhesion promotionkettle reactor was optimum at 284 - 287 ℃, and appropriate prolonging of the staying time of melt in the adhesion promotion reactor was also favorable for promotion of discharge viscosity.
