摘 要:目的:建立肿瘤患者出院后复诊预约信息平台,增加医院复诊预约比例,提高患者满意度。方法:以基于医院HIS系统数据库为基础,开发出院肿瘤患者复诊预约系统管理模块。结果:信息化随访预约数据的产生方便快捷,便于肿瘤出院患者复诊预约及统计数据的采集。实施一年以来,出院患者复诊预约率及医院服务的整体满意度呈上升趋势,不同年度比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息技术的开发运用,为肿瘤出院患者复诊预约诊疗提供了保障,有效提高了出院患者复诊预约就诊率及患者的满意度。Objective:To establish informational platform of follow-up appointments for discharged cancer patients,to increase the proportion of follow-up appointment in hospital and improve patients' satisfaction.Methods:Developing referral reservation system management module for cancer patients discharged from hospital based on hospital HIS system database.Results:The quick and easy production of follow-up reservation data facilitates cancer patients' referral hospital appointments and collecting statistical data.Since the implementation of informational platform,an overall satisfaction rate for hospital services of discharged patients and the referral appointments rate are rising in the past year,even more statistically significant (P <0.05) in different years.Conclusion:The development and application of information technology for discharged cancer patients' referral clinic appointments has provided a guarantee to effectively improve the referral of discharged patients from medical appointments and patient satisfaction rate.
