摘　　要：目的:应用合理用药监控系统对抗菌药物进行临床应用管理,控制临床上抗菌药物不合理应用。方法:设计合理用药监控系统对抗菌药物进行实时监控和数据采集,分析信息化干预组与人工干预组两种管理方式下抗菌药物使用的控制管理效果,并对两组指标数据进行统计学差异检验。结果:应用合理用药监控系统管理后各项指标均达到国家相关控制标准,信息化干预组与人工干预组比较有极显著性差异。结论:应用抗菌药物监测管理系统监控效果显著,抗菌药物监测管理系统优点突出。Objective：This study aims to manage the clinical application of antimicrobials by adopting the rational use monitoring system to control irrational use of antimicrobials.Methods：First,real-time monitoring for antimicrobials is operated and data collected with the help of the rational use monitoring system of antimicrobials.Second,the management effectiveness of use of antimicrobials is analyzed in two ways：information technology intervention group and manual intervention group,and two sets of related indicators are calculated in SPSS11.0.Results：Related indicators have reached the national standards after application of the rational use monitoring system of antimicrobials.And there is a significantly statistical difference between these two groups.Conclusions：Remarkable results are achieved after application of the rational use monitoring system of antimicrobials and it is shown that the system have prominent merits.
