摘　　要：农村基层党组织凝聚力不足主要表现为:部分基层党组织与农民群众矛盾突出、领导组织能力不足,部分党员干部思想觉悟下降、党性要求降低、不愿为群众服务,黑恶势力或宗法势力等渗透到农村基层党组织中;主要原因是:农村基层党组织自身建设滞后,不能适应农村社会农村经济、政治、社会结构和农村生活方式的变化;主要对策有:加强农村基层党组织党员干部的政治学习,提高其组织领导发展农村经济的能力,抓好农村党员干部的作风建设和组织建设,做好农村党员干部学习培训工作等。Main problems： prominent contradiction between some grass -roots Party organizations and farmers; scarce organizing ability of leaders;relatively low level of political awareness, Party spirit and unwilling service awareness of some Party members and cadres;penetration of mafia - like gangs and religion force. Main reasons： self - construction of rural grass - roots Party organizations lags, unable to adapt to the changes from rural economy, politics, social structure and the rural way of life. Main countermeasures： to pay much attention to Party members and cadres＇ political study; to improve their ability; to strengthen work style construction and organizational construction of rural Party members and dadres, and attach more importance to the training and learning of them.
